Hello boys and girls, este tema se llama PREPOSITIONS OF PLACE / preposiciones de lugar.
Usamos este tipo de preposiciones cuando queremos indicar la ubicacion de objetos e incluso personas con el verbo ESTAR.
Mira las siguientes preposiciones y ejemplos de como usarlas.
En la primer imagen vemos que el RATÓN está DENTRO de la CAJA. Para decirlo en inglés diremos: The MOUSE is IN the BOX.
En la segunda imagén EL RATÓN está DEBAJO de la SILLA. In English we would say: The MOUSE is UNDER the CHAIR.
En la tercer imagen el RATÓN está sobre la MESA. In English: The MOUSE is ON the TABLE.
En la cuarta imagen el RATÓN está JUNTO o AL LADO del LIBRO. In English: The MOUSE is NEXT TO the BOOK.

Para preguntar DONDE ESTÁ ALGO, usamos la palabra WHERE
¿Dondé está el gato? o ¿Dondé están los gatos?
Where is the cat? or Where are the cats?
